Very poor communication and customer service. I had to call to get my own updates and most of the time had to leave a message. After not getting responses, I would have to go to the dealership in I had to call to get my own updates and most of the time had to leave a message. After not getting responses, I would have to go to the dealership in person to find out what was going on with my vehicle. 9 days later the vehicle still wasn’t even ready to be worked on. More

The dealership is nice and clean when you call in. And you get immediate service and they connect you without any waiting, so I'm appreciative of that. And you get immediate service and they connect you without any waiting, so I'm appreciative of that. More

I came in for a brake job, I was encouraged to do more and up sold more than I believed I needed. Also asked 3 times about the leak in my cab, still had no followup on that even when Chris said they wer and up sold more than I believed I needed. Also asked 3 times about the leak in my cab, still had no followup on that even when Chris said they were "looking into it". Can't believe all 4 or my rotors were warped and burn spots. My vehicle has 64000 miles. 6.5 years old. I felt I went in for a usual pad change and refused the rotor replacement. Got a call and informed me that all 4 rotors were warped and or burned and had to be replaced.Crazy. If one was bad just needed to be turned, but no, you all do the full replacement. Also Chris wasn't sure how to write up the dealer coupon, so theres that. When I asked about other future stuff may be done, nothing in writing, told me to refer to my owners manual. I used to get updates on upcoming services recommended, but nothing. Also had an issue with service from my tire rotation/oil change in January. Thought they did the point inspection then and would have told me if my brakes would be an issue...nothing again. Since your remodel, customer service has dropped considerably. I didn't even get a car wash after spending $1550.00. Thought I at least could have gotten that. There's more but...feel we over paid and pretty disappointed in the experience overall More

If I could give a lower rating, I would. As a customer since 2017, my experience with their service department has been nothing but frustration at every turn. After what I experienced today, As a customer since 2017, my experience with their service department has been nothing but frustration at every turn. After what I experienced today, I will never go back— hence why I write this review. First, let me stress that they do not value the customer. If they lose your business, so be it. Today, I dropped off my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to have a couple of minor issues looked at. I confirmed with the technician upon drop off that they would call me prior to making any repairs. I was told I would only pay for the “diagnostics,” unless I elected to proceed with the quoted repairs. After hearing the outrageous cost to make the repairs, I respectfully declined. Upon picking up the vehicle, I learned I was being charged $350 in “diagnostic” fees. $350 TO FIX NOTHING. I understand labor and man hours, but $350 was astronomical. I vented my frustration to the service manager, Lucas Kay, that I had no idea I’d be paying $350 simply to have the vehicle looked at. If I would have known, I would’ve declined and left. After explaining my frustration and confusion, it essentially did me no good. In the end, they didn’t care and was forced to pay the full price. This is essentially the same type of service I’ve received in the past. No concern for the customer. As I go to my vehicle to leave, I see they so graciously left me with all of their trash in the vehicle. Thanks Lucas and to the whole Service Dept. I felt so valued and heard as a customer. I’ll never be back. More
