great service dept. My wife and I was visiting Savannnah for the weekend when my car broke down, finally got the car towed to the dealership 1/2 hour before closing time My wife and I was visiting Savannnah for the weekend when my car broke down, finally got the car towed to the dealership 1/2 hour before closing time (2:00) on Saturday and Chase (who I had talked to previously on the phone) got a tech (sorry I don't know his name but was a great guy) right on it and within 45 minutes we were back on the road (which included getting the part delivered from NAPA) the whole service staff stayed late just to help us (strangers) out and was so gracious about it.... thank you again!!! More

Service time was misrepresented This was the second time that we have a a bad experience with the service department,After the first incident an apology and explanation were offered. This was the second time that we have a a bad experience with the service department,After the first incident an apology and explanation were offered. We accepted the explanation and decided to use the service dept again. This time my wife called on Monday 6/8 to schedule an oil change. The service rep said that there would be a 2 hour wait and suggested that Tuesday 6/9 would be better and that she would be completed in 1 hour, maximum. She arrived on time Accordingly an appointment was made and my wife arrived on time. The oil change took almost 2 1/2 hours .We have decided not to do business with them. They seem to be unable to realistically estimate their ability to perform in a timely manner. More

They have had a very personal approach from General Manager Mike Offer on down through the entire staff take care of my auto purchase, service, and repair needs. I now live in Florida, but still use their facility for major repairs and TLC. When it's time to buy again, I will definitely travel to this dealership in Savannah to ensure the best and fairest dealership experience. More

Very professional and thorough We had an intermittent problem with the steering of our new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the We had an intermittent problem with the steering of our new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the shake we were experiencing. After several attempts they called in a special Ford engineer who diagnosed the problem. A part was replaced and JC Lewis had the engineer back to check it out before releasing it to us. At all times, Chase, our mechanic was attentive and kept us informed of the progress. Mike Offer also met with us to assure us they were doing everything to correct the problem. We were impressed by the professionalism and personal service we received. More

We always br My husband and I have been customers at JCLewis Ford for over 10 years now, having bought four vehicles since 2004 (from Peter Hershey.) We always bring our Fords to JCLewis for regular oil changes and upkeep/maintenance. Recently, my Mustang had a couple of power problems; the driver’s power seat and the door handle. Still under warranty, so everything was taken care of without cost to me; however, it’s naturally an inconvenience to have to be without your car for a few days, AND YET! – at JCLewis, everything is always dealt with in such an A+ professional manner. SPECIAL THANKS TO DON JOHNSON!! He was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoy dealing with JCLewis Ford and all the team members there. I am glad there is an Enterprise rental on premises that just made everything so much quicker and easier, and I really like the new refurbishment in the service section – much more comfortable area for both the employees and the customers! Thank you again for making JCLewis Ford the place where we intend to continue doing business in the years to come. More
