Unorganized and unresponsive My experience was very frustrating from the time I showed up for my appointment. I was there on time, but there wasn’t anyone available for 20 minute My experience was very frustrating from the time I showed up for my appointment. I was there on time, but there wasn’t anyone available for 20 minutes to ask why I was there. Everyone was either running around or as it appeared, they were keeping their head down so they wouldn’t have to address me. It took three days to fix a simple item, which I understand things take time, but it was very upsetting to me when I was told my vehicle would be ready in the AM and I never received a phone call during the day telling me to come and pick up my vehicle. I had to call at 5pm and I was told it was ready and has been. He said he thought he left me a voice message. I waited all day for my vehicle and kept folks on standby to take me to the dealer. More

Customer Service was outstanding I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. Somehow during the tow my car had acquired grease marks in my car. After contacting Bluewater towing and they refusing to do anything about it I wrote an email to Mgr at JC Lewis Ford about not using Bluewater ever again and the reason for it cause my warranty came with the towing. Mike Offer replied back to me immediately and took care of the situation at hand that I was upset about. I have bought all my cars from there in the last 14 yrs and will continue to do so just because of the outstanding customer service I have received. Chase in the svc dept went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly while there on numerous occasions. Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service. Its not often that you come across exceptional customer so when that does happen I like to make sure they are recognized. More

Service Department The battery light was coming on. Took it to the service department to have them check it out. They determined the alternator was in need of replacemen The battery light was coming on. Took it to the service department to have them check it out. They determined the alternator was in need of replacement. The one they had obtained was not working properly, so they overnighted a brand new one. Chase kept us informed of the above and the Ford was fixed the next day. More

Teamwork I've just purchased my 2nd F-150 (technically my 3rd). Since 2012, I've witnessed this sales and service staff buy into the concept of customer apprec I've just purchased my 2nd F-150 (technically my 3rd). Since 2012, I've witnessed this sales and service staff buy into the concept of customer appreciation. The effort by the entire staff of JC Lewis Ford, management, sales, finance,and service, is absolutely at the top of the game. At no point during my visit, whether it be service, my purchases or being there with my daughter during the purchase of her first new car, have I ever felt NOT appreciated. The entire team, in my experiences, have been over the top great. More

I made a scheduled appoint for the Ford "Works Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. Chase Roble did an excellent job of getting my vehicle completed and I was out the door in a Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. As a Director of Customer Service for my employer I appreciate good talent and a genune care of customers. I will return to JC Lewis Ford in the future for service work and there could be a "New" 2015 Mustang on the horizon from sales standpoint. More

I have a 2010 Ford Edge and I have always brought my vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. The service is great especially Chase, he is my service guy who always takes care of me when I c vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. I can trust him on his a advice and that's why I will continue to come back! More
