This is our 3rd purchase from Marvin Hirsch at J.C. Lewis Ford. Marvin is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Being a Military family and not from around here, I recommend giving this dealership and salesman a chance to earn your business. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle. J.C. Lewis Ford does outstanding quality work. Their staff was very professional and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to work on my car on short notice. Sadly, diagnostic and repair costs are staff was very professional and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to work on my car on short notice. Sadly, diagnostic and repair costs are insane. $680 determine the cause of a Check Engine light, run a vacuum test, and change out a sensor. For a more serious issues, the repair costs might easily overlap the value of the vehicle being repaired. I'd only recommend them if I was convinced that no other mechanic in the area was competent to repair a fault with a vehicle. J.C. Lewis Ford does an excellent job, but it comes at a heavy price. More

For operating and managing an above and beyond kingdom base business! automobile salesman`s and service depts. have gotten a bad reputation from other dealers in the past, ( I know this for a fact ) I have purchase many from them, NO MORE! But to finally find such a dealership as this, it is Truly Amazing and Awesome! I will not buy from anyone else anymore! To Mike and All personnel, I know it`s hard work being No.# 1, but it`s worth it for the Kingdom of GOD! I am completely ALL IN, even if I should desire another brand, I will seek J C Lewis to acquire it for me! I was visiting the Savannah area with my grandson. On the way to Savannah, on I16, my speedometer quit, no gas. I had to pull over to the side of the road. I was able to get the car started and the emmission control light was on. I did not know what that meant. On Monday morning, I brought my car into the Ford dealership to see what the problem was and if it could be fixed. I had my eleven year-old grandson with me and I did not want to take any chances with his safety and we needed to get back to Albany. My first encounter at the dealership was with someone who directed me to the service department. Once I got to the service department, Chase asked me how he could help. He took all my information and directed me to a waiting area. As different employee came by, the all spoke, asked how I was doing, did I want any coffiee or something to drink. They wer all very cordial. Chase came over to the waiting area and explained to me what the problem with my car was, what it would cost. He also told me it would probably be in my best interest to report the problem to the Corporate office, in case there was ever a recall, I would get my money back. I appreciated his concern, as I am a federal employee and am dealing with the furlough and other government issues. Overall, I appreciated the way I was treated, with respect. If I am in the Savanna area and should ever have another problem, I would use your services again and would be glad to recommend your establishment to anyone. Thanks again for making this unexpected complication less stressful and pleasant. Donna More

I was in a real pickle when my Expedition started giving me a hassle. When i pulled into the service drive i was immediatly greated Chase Roble. Instantly i felt at home, and thought "this guy knows his stu me a hassle. When i pulled into the service drive i was immediatly greated Chase Roble. Instantly i felt at home, and thought "this guy knows his stuff" There was some what of a wait, granted the problem i had was somewhat considered a big deal. All in all the situation was handled accordingly, and promptly by Mr. Roble. When the service was complete, i was asked if the service was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything else they could do for me by Calvin Turner, and Chase. I was most satifisfied and from that day forward im a customer for life of JC Lewis Ford, and their service team. Ford for life! More
