It would have been nice to have a rental to drive while my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked th my car was being serviced instead of leaving a rental without keys. Also on the paperwork it says the car was service washed and it was not looked the same as they did when it was picked up . I know because the same dirt stains was still on the car . The driver was really pleasant though. Also the lady on the phone who booked my appointment said that I couldn’t drop off my car because it would be months before she can get me in which I learned was a lie because they get points for picking up , I would have been fine with just a honest answer I’m always willing to help out a company. This dealership single handedly robbed a local small family business of a vehicle grant by refusing to properly fill out paperwork and refusing to allow them to buy the lease out after they were on the family business of a vehicle grant by refusing to properly fill out paperwork and refusing to allow them to buy the lease out after they were on the hook to pay for something they should’ve had a grant for.
