I bought a truck from JC Ford and had
nothing but problems. I went today to try and put a plate on my truck and behold, the paper work wasn't properly done or sent in on time. Now my plat

Now my plate will expire before I can even make an appointment at the secretary of state, or ( DMV) office. I called and " we are in training" I bought the truck in March it's now May. I can't register my truck. " if you have any problems with law enforcement we'll back you up". Sure! I have a Disabled Vet plate, and I told Brad, Peter, and especially Stella. Well it takes someone special to-do that ?
So what happened? I have 7 days until my tags expire. "Oh I'm sure the third party tag office will have it done by then". There's obviously a communications problem within the Dealership. The departments need to have clear leadership, maybe it's the management. disappointment comes to mind.
I'm going to give you guys a new rating, sorry not sorry.

It would have been nice to have a rental to drive while

I know because the same dirt stains was still on the car . The driver was really pleasant though. Also the lady on the phone who booked my appointment said that I couldn’t drop off my car because it would be months before she can get me in which I learned was a lie because they get points for picking up , I would have been fine with just a honest answer I’m always willing to help out a company.
