Worse experience ever at this dealership. Told them I wanted Ford credit only and what do they do they shotgun my credit everywhere. They also do not want to give anything for trades. Service anual . I did take my car for annual service. The staff was great and accommodating. However, the mechanic put traditional motor oil to my car by mistake. I d I did take my car for annual service. The staff was great and accommodating. However, the mechanic put traditional motor oil to my car by mistake. I did notice the error and pointed out to the seller which prompted to take the car back to flush the engine oil and replace it with the synthetic oil that was originally requested. I do hope the oil filter was replaced as well in lieu of cross contamination. I do not know if that happened. More

Outstanding Service I have been fortunate enough to work with a number of the staff at J.C. Lewis Ford and all have been professional and helpful. This assistance begins I have been fortunate enough to work with a number of the staff at J.C. Lewis Ford and all have been professional and helpful. This assistance begins in the showroom with the attention and attitude of the salespeople out through the service attendants. The car is repaired on time and correctly every time I come to the dealership. I drive about 4000 miles each month and I make a visit for oil changes and warranty work about once a month. My service agent is friendly and takes my best interests to heart. He is a very valuable asset to the company. I will continue to be a customer to the dealership that treats me as someone special. More

JC Lewis continues to prove that investing in your vehicle by using a world class dealer will save you money in the long run. Chase and Chad, and the techs recently went above and beyond to repair and maintain my 2013 F250. It is worth noting that these guys have the support of my salesman Peter Hershey and GM Mike Offer. I am truly grateful for everyone's effort. More
