This was my only experience with this dealership. I called for a specific vehicle, reached Rebecca Stern and she was great. Since we are moving in a couple weeks across the country, I won’t be in a position to evaluate the dealership (beyond the sale) and their service department, so it is difficult to assess. My experience with Mazda of Gladstone since it changed ownership a couple years ago, wasn’t great, so I switched maintenance of my CX-5 to Herzog Mazda. It is my understanding that Mazda of Gladstone and Toyota of Gladstone are owned by the same company. Hopefully, they have made changes for the better. More

Salesman Nate Young did an outstanding job from first discussion through post-sale follow up as my sales guy/customer advocate at Toyota of Gladstone. I feel he really looked out for me throughout the entire purchase experience. He took such good care of me that I felt secure to fly to his Gladstone, OR dealership all the way from the Midwest, was kindly picked up by him at the airport and then drove my new 2024 Camry 2,300 miles back to home. I have since recommended Nate and his fine care to a friend of mine in Denver who is doing the same thing to buy her new 4Runner this week. The plus is that the new car customer gets to drive their new Toyota right off the showroom floor…a nice touch. Also, the new Toyota pricing was transparent and highly competitive. More

After being a new car shopper in the market during supply shortages and shopping in a sellers market for nearly 6 months I have to say Gladstone Toyota surprised me. When other dealerships across the State a shortages and shopping in a sellers market for nearly 6 months I have to say Gladstone Toyota surprised me. When other dealerships across the State and Nationwide would double down on illegal predatory sales tactics and flat out lie, Gladstone Toyota did not! It was a challenging road for me but in the end every State and a federal protected consumers rights laws were honored to the letter of the law. the remainder of this review is only reflective of the day we picked up our vehicle from the dealership and not of the purchase process in its entirety. We purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE with the premium package. It is worth noting that I had not worked with either Erik or Charity prior to the vehicle arriving at the dealership. Charity came in on her day off to streamline and facilitate our sales process and experience. I can not stress enough the gratitude and apologize for being on a call upon arriving. The streamlined process was everything my husband and I wanted the car buying experience to be. Erik was extremely helpful in helping us get to know the vehicle. Even though we did not manage to get the Toyota app and vehicle synced with our account. This was partly my fault and Erik was extremely patient and kept trying to troubleshoot with us. Unfortunately the mistake was not caught and caused a multiple day delay in getting the Toyota services activated and we left the dealership without services working. I later discovered that despite the fact that we did not get services started the date of origin in which all trial services are programmed to was the date we picked up the vehicle and not the date services were actually working. After a few phone calls to Toyota tech support I learned that the issue was related to the owner app registration. See only one person can create an owners account and register the vehicle and sync the app services to that account. If someone else attempts to create an owner account this will cause an incompatible syncing of vehicle and app. I had already done the owner vehicle registration prior to arriving at the dealership to my device. Upon arriving at the dealership we attempted to then register my husbands phone and account and this is what created the incompatibility and sync error problems. So once I logged into the account under my log in information everything synced and worked. I appreciated that Erik made sure to stress for me to keep the spare key in a safe place until our second key fob is supplied to us in what I expect will be the first quarter of 2024. I was ecstatic to see that the owners manual portfolio was added to our vehicle as well as a cargo net, and some door edge and cup PPF. A note on the PPF is that after one very gentle intentional door opening that softly touched the house the door edge PPF was instantly torn. The door edge guard PPF on my Audi never tore when touching this same surface. Our vehicle was full EV charge, full of gas, and everything I needed was completed. The vehicle Manufacturer Certificate of origin aka the title arrived a few days after we purchased the vehicle and we were able to pick it up along with other parts and accessories from the parts department. It is worth mentioning that Gladstone Toyota is a major distributor for Toyota parts and accessories. So my items arrived or were already at Gladstone Toyota in under 36 hours from the time my online purchase was made. This was extremely important because certain parts I ordered were on back order nationwide but Gladstone was able to pull these parts for me from their own inventory. A lot of dealerships do not keep inventory on hand nor do they show up on the https://autoparts.toyota.com/ website. More
