Our sales consultant Celestine Lovence was very attentive to our needs for our new purchase. Celestine was very professional and knowledgeable of the Mercedes products and engineering improvements. From the moment we entered the dealership to the delivery of our new GLC300 Celestine was on point every step of the way. Also, in the past the service and parts departments did a good job providing good customer service. The sales managers were top notch as well. Good experience at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs and that is why we returned to purchase our second Mercedes. More

Our excellent car salesman Celestine Lovence has been our sales person each time. He treats us like family. We are warmly welcomed and we know that he has our best interest in mind for an exciting new car purchase. He is going to make certain that we get the best deal and a quality product that meets our driving needs. He is also very excited about the product. Great overall experience From the moment of our arrival Lovence was great! He had the vehicle we wanted to look at waiting for us in the delivery bay. Mind you it was a rainy day which made viewing the vehicle a much better experience. He really is a class act, no pressure and extremely informative. We left that day because it was so close to Closing time. The next business we purchased our new vehicle. Both Lovence and Elias Costianes were great. We were in and out in no more than one hour. He was professional, informative and accessible to us. He was very knowledgeable about the car, which made the test driving experience wonderful. We had more follow up visits with Lovence, before deciding. Even when Lovence wasn't around, a Sales Manager was very helpful.
