From the time Cathy greeted us until we left the dealership with our new truck, she was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. She is a great person and a great salesperson. My only negative is that after I left the dealership and the snow began to fall, I discovered the windshield wipers were old and did a very poor job of clearing the windshield which made the drive home a little treacherous. My wife and I had been searching for a new car for quite some time. We had visited many dealerships and searched online. We wanted to test drive many standard size cars to find out what we wanted. About a month into our quest we called Apple Ford Shakopee because they had a certain car on their lot. This is when we first met our Sales Consultant, Cathy Borgmann. The best way to describe Cathy in one word is sincere (I know people want that one word to be professional, which she is, but sometimes the professional doesn’t come with genuine sincerity). Cathy has a friendly, warm personality and displayed much patience with us as we looked at and test drove cars. During many car purchases in my life I could tell that certain sales people get frustrated when you are trying to be thorough in your vehicle search. We never once sensed that from Cathy, my wife and I felt she sincerely (there’s that word again) wanted us to find the right car. Well, we found the (used) car we wanted and it had all the features we were looking for at a great price! The staff at Apple Ford Shakopee was great and I am sure we will visit them again on our next purchase. More

Sales Consultants Cathy Borgman, Nick Cavallin, and Sales Manager Ryan McCormick addressed every concern we had, especially those regarding after-market additions made to the vehicle. Cathy Borgman was our primary consultant and went the extra mile to assure that we would be satisfied with our purchase. When we initially decided against the purchase due to the after-market muffler and dual exhaust installed by the previous owner, Cathy and Ryan arranged to restore the truck to its factory exhaust system. Nick educated us on other after-market add ons that are highly desireable features. We are extremely grateful for their assistance, as the truck has every other option we wanted. Had Cathy, Nick, and Ryan not addressed our concerns to the degree that they did, we would not have purchased the truck. They expressed themselves with a friendly and professional demeanor that never approached the hard-sell gimmicks used elsewhere. I will treasure the stories Cathy shared about her great-grandfather who worked on the Minnesota/Ontario border lakes where I was later employed. We would not hesitate to make future vehicle purchases with Cathy Borgman and the wonderful associates at the beautiful showrooms of the Apple Auto Group! Thank you all! More

I was very happy with my first visit to Apple Ford in 2010 when I was having credit problems and these people were non-judgemental in helping me find a car. After three years of having that car it started to have problems and so I returned to the dealership to trade up and the hospitality I recieved from Cathy Borgmann, Chad Thompson, and Lisa Mick (a fine well oiled team that can achieve anything I think) would make me recommend this dealership to anyone. They happily took care of my family needs and recognized that I definately needed help, and once again without judging me successfully put my family in a very nice 2013 ford focus (that we are very pleased to have). Thanks again for an outstanding job and keep up the great work. With Friends (yes I say Friends) like you I will be a Ford man for as long as your team and Dealership remain. More
