I was very happy with my first visit to Apple Ford in 2010 when I was having credit problems and these people were non-judgemental in helping me find a car. After three years of having that car it starte 2010 when I was having credit problems and these people were non-judgemental in helping me find a car. After three years of having that car it started to have problems and so I returned to the dealership to trade up and the hospitality I recieved from Cathy Borgmann, Chad Thompson, and Lisa Mick (a fine well oiled team that can achieve anything I think) would make me recommend this dealership to anyone. They happily took care of my family needs and recognized that I definately needed help, and once again without judging me successfully put my family in a very nice 2013 ford focus (that we are very pleased to have). Thanks again for an outstanding job and keep up the great work. With Friends (yes I say Friends) like you I will be a Ford man for as long as your team and Dealership remain. More

My 21 year old daughter bought her first brand new car through Apple Ford of Shakopee. We had the pleasant opportunity to deal with Chad Thompson. He was great from the minute we stepped in the door. We first were looking at used, but then realized that new was not out of her range. She bought a new 2012 Lime Sqeeze Ford Fiesta and loves it. Chad was great from the minute we walked in to the minute we left and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure all was ok. My husband and I have dealt with Mark Hermann from the same place and he was awesome to deal with as well. How often do you hear that someone at a car dealer was awesome to work with??? Not very often. But it is the case at Apple Ford of Shakopee. John and Jeff were also great with explaining the process to her so she understood everything. We would definitely go back there and actually plan to buy a new vehicle ourselves this year and will going there to do it!!! More
