Great car and buying experience from Carter and the team. The only negative was a feature we were told was included on the car that it doesn't have, and would have impacted our purchase decision. Carter Ward was outstanding! Courteous, respectful, and efficient. He was quick to contact me on my online inquiry, even though it was after hours. We set up a time for the next Courteous, respectful, and efficient. He was quick to contact me on my online inquiry, even though it was after hours. We set up a time for the next day and he contacted me 30 minutes beforehand to ensure we were still on. I thought the deal was fair for the car I bought and for my trade in. He laid the deal out and I was pleased that there were no crazy charges involved other than the doc fee that I thought was relatively reasonable (even though I hate doc fees). All in all, I had a really good experience. More

My sales person and the management were great and fast to work with. But once I got the car on the road I realized the mechanic didn’t do a very good job with the inspection that was done on the car. I had a work with. But once I got the car on the road I realized the mechanic didn’t do a very good job with the inspection that was done on the car. I had a brake light out and a blinker out. We had to stop on the way home and have those lights fixed. Even express oil checks the lights with an oil change. It was an easy fix but frustrated it wasn’t taken care of during their inspection or at least someone should have said this needs to be done! More
