I am highly impressed and pleased with the service my boyfriend and I have experienced. Shaq is the man to see. Shaq, helped us find a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited. He has a great personality, as well is hilarious. The camera in the vehicle was not working, so he went out of his way to have it repaired. We were only given one key to the car, and he is working on getting us a second key. We appreciate someone that goes above and beyond. Thank you everyone at the dealership for offering a great service. On numerous occasions we were asked if we needed anything, which was wonderful.
