We have been dealing with Toyota of Cleveland for a number of years, have purchased several vehicles and have highly recommended them to our family and friends. Gregg Bain is the Sales Representative number of years, have purchased several vehicles and have highly recommended them to our family and friends. Gregg Bain is the Sales Representative that we have always used. My husband recently passed and before his passing, he was already working on the purchase of a new vehicle for me. With the assistance of Gregg Bain, Tyler Ratledge, and Crystal Thompson, I was able to complete the purchase. Over the years of dealing with them, we feel as though they are a part of our family.
