Finding & buying the right car when it's 450 miles away can be really scary. But that's what I recently did from Toyota of Cleveland. Their up-front Internet pricing, providing the Carfax report, many phone calls, and transparency throughout the entire process was a HUGE stress reliever. They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to take delivery of the car! 10/10 would buy from them again were I in the same scenario. More

He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Once we chose the vehicle we would choose he helped us quickly do paperwork so we could get to the business office where we worked with Nef. Nef was also very professional, friendly, and courteous to us. He even helped entertain our two kids who where growing restless and hungry! Nef helped us get the lowest rate possible and made sure I left with the monthly payment I desired. Overall, I am extremely happy with our experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland for all your vehicle needs. More

The 1st person I met was Jeremy Cox (wonderful guy). He was nothing but helpful and accommodating. I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion SE at a great price. I love that we negotiated and they (each time) said we can do that price. I did a lot of research on buying a car and even on Toyota of Cleveland before I went there. These guys didn't push me around or try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary items. They did offer me some extras that I could purchase, I declined and we moved on. Once we came to a final out the door price...that was the price I paid after I got into finance and dealt with Cindy McMichen(Also a wonderful person). My suggestion is to go see for yourself what a great car buying experience looks like. Jeremy Cox you are a great guy to buy a car from. Ask for this man by name!!! This guy answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he would find out and let me know. Cindy McMichen was a straight shooter that was as nice and helpful as can be. BIG shout out to Joey as well...Thank You for all of your help as well during this new experience!!! All in all, I loved everything about Toyota of Cleveland and everyone that I got the pleasure of dealing with. P.S. - I named my new car "Cindy"...it just seems fitting. Jeremy Cox, maybe I name the next car after you...because I will definitely want to deal with you directly in the future!!! P.P.S. - I also want to say thank you to Bridget Shadgett. We would give more than 5 stars for this dealership if we could!! We could not have have been happier with the customer service from Louis Alvarado and Joey Abdullah. They and the other team members went above and beyond to give us the best deal around. They even stayed 2 hours after closing so that we could drive home that night with our new Venza. I would definitely recommend them to others and will always buy any future Toyota's from them, even though we live in Knoxville, which is an hour away. More
