He never once tried to sell us anything out of our budget or something we didn’t need. Never again I am hesitant to write about my experience with Grande Prairie Chrysler but if nothing else I'm hoping maybe I can save a potential customer from maki I am hesitant to write about my experience with Grande Prairie Chrysler but if nothing else I'm hoping maybe I can save a potential customer from making the same mistake I've made. August 2016 I purchased a Ram 3500 from gp Chrysler. It's a beautiful truck and I can say I like it. My experience with the salesperson Steve O'dell was a pleasure as well as my experience with the service advisor's. Now the bad. Since new gp Chrysler has done all the tire rotations, warranty work and all but two oil changes. After one such oil change and tire rotation I was coming home from work on the FTR and the rear right wheel fell off and passed me. At 3 am I finally made it back to the dealership on the back of a tow truck. After a conversation with the service manager it was decided that wheel studs failed due to probable over torque. End result was a new rim, tire, 8 wheel studs, being without my truck and 10 days lost income. This happened May 2017. Fast forward to August 2017. Another service with tire rotation. While coming home from a hunting trip the left rear tire fell off. Dodge assistance couldn't get a tow truck to me until Friday. This happened early Wednesday morning. I was 80 km east of Ross River Yk and the tow truck would have to come out of Whitehorse Yk. Dodge assistance managed to find a handyman type in Ross River that was able to patch my truck up with some used wheel studs and Chevy lug nuts. I limped the truck into gp Chrysler were it was deemed that probable over torque on the wheels studs. When the tire fell off it damaged my truck box that was estimated at $5500 to repair. After a discussion Brent about repairing the body damage to my truck I was told that they wouldn't cover the cost of repair and I should contact my insurance company. I contacted my insurance company and it would cost me $500 deductible and my rate would go up $1200 over 3 years. So back to gp Chrysler I go. Called Brent to say I was coming in to talk about how we were going to resolve this. He was to busy going for lunch so I went and met the general manager Troy. He said that they wouldn't cover the cost of repairing my truck and that is what my insurance is for. I said " so you expect me to pay for your guys mistake out of my pocket". He said "well do you expect I should be out of pocket for it". Needless to say I was already pissed off and sitting there arguing about wouldn't of made it better. End result of this was 32 wheel studs replaced, new rim, new tire, over night sleep in the truck and a very pissed off customer with a damaged truck box. I made a call and email to Wes Kaban the dealer principle about this issue. I did get a response from his assistant that he was out of town. When Wes did get in touch with me he said he would pay my $500 deductible and was going to investigate on why my insurance rates were to increase. After a couple of weeks, a unreturned phone call and a non replied email the body damage has not been repaired. Last week my wife had a accident that resulted in a write off of her 2017 Ram 1500. As much as I would buy a vehicle with Steve O'dell as my salesperson I cannot bring myself to spend another dime at Gp Chrysler or a gp auto group dealership. For a replacement vehicle we decided to purchase in Dawson Creek at Inland dodge. I'm hoping that they will stand by their products and workmanship better the grande prairie Chrysler. More

Extremely satisfied customer! I have given this dealership a 5 star rating. From the moment I inquired about my journey online I have been given nothing but the best service. She referred me to Brent. I spoke with Craig to set up a meeting, Brad reached out and had me gather all the necessary documents. All the while they all listened to my needs and we're understanding to my circumstance. When I arrived I was greeted by Jordan, he immediately started to gather all the information I had previously given and listened to exactly what I wanted. He made the whole transaction go smoothly and quicker than I expected. He kept me company up until I met with finance, and even then checked on me and ensured I was able to drive away with my 2016 dodge Journey. I am in love with this car and appreciate all of the friendly service I received. More

Once in Grande Prairie, I had the good fortune to meet 'Will Higgins' the sales rep who went out of his way to help me finalize the deal and steer me through the process of relinquishing the trade-in and making sure my new truck was immaculately turned out to hit the road. As soon as you walk off the lot, you are Chrysler's customer The GM of this dealership stated this. So truly, if your vehicle breaks down after you buy it, it's not GP Chrysler's issue - It's Chrysler Canada's The GM of this dealership stated this. So truly, if your vehicle breaks down after you buy it, it's not GP Chrysler's issue - It's Chrysler Canada's issue and you can deal with them. My 2014 has been to GP Chrysler 12 times! Almost every component under the hood has been replaced. Every time I go in there, I think the staff hate their lives, as they are miserable and grouchy. I asked for my service records- they stated they needed 2 hours to print them off. GEEZ... really? In my opinion, just being rude. More
