I’m not so sure how regretful Grande Prairie Chrysler is but it seemed strange to me that once I wrote this review I received a phone call the next day wondering why I slammed grande Prairie Chrysler and how Grande Prairie Chrysler would’ve paid my insurance deductible as well as my increase in insurance until I wrote this review. Sadly it took a negative review to get a response to the message I had left a few days prior. During the conversation I mentioned that due to this situation not being resolved I’d be purchasing my wife’s new truck in Dawson creek. After this was mentioned the dealer principle couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. If Grande Prairie Chrysler was regretful about not coming to a satisfactory resolution would they of waited for my negative review before contacting me about what they “were going to do” prior to this review?
