Bought the cat I wanted sight unseen with Scott’s help. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted at a great price with excellent financing the next day. I had to have a car before the stores Covid-19 shutdown. He made it happen. The whole process today from financing to a run through of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. Car Purchasing Made Easy and Without Stress This is the second time I worked with Scott Gately and his team. I purchased a car from him in 2014 and liked the stress-free experience. When I was in the market for a new BMW, I called him and he promptly arranged a meeting. Within 30 minutes we had the whole deal arranged. It is a pleasure working with someone who knows what they are selling. When I picked up the car, Jesse Hatten walked me through the menus and helped get my car set up. It was a pleasure working with him. He knew his stuff! Furthermore, I have been taking my cars there for years for service. It is always friendly, professional and I don't feel I am overcharged for work. In fact, several of the employees found ways to reduce the cost of repairs (coupons, specials, etc.). That makes me want to go back since they value my return business. I especially like Bill Cosenza. He is honest and I trust him. And the thing I was most impressed with? They sent me a video of the underside of my car, clearly explaining what needed repair and showing me. I was impressed. More

He is super knowledgeable and has a good sense of what I like - what extras fit my style and which do not. I don’t feel the need to negotiate. He gives me a fair price and I’ve loved all three cars. They go the extra mile! My first purchase of a BMW was at Otto's in 2013. After several failed attempts to rectify a squeaky door, the owner gave me a call. Knowing that I My first purchase of a BMW was at Otto's in 2013. After several failed attempts to rectify a squeaky door, the owner gave me a call. Knowing that I was not happy with the remedy for the squeaky door of my brand new car, the owner invited me to the dealership and gave me an offer that just blew me away. With a small adjustment to allow for the mileage on my car, Mr. Vadasz allowed me to order a new car. WOW! Otto's has earned my business, my loyalty. Just took delivery of a 2019 330i. After several weeks met with Brian Menda, Otto's delivery specialist. Brian walked me through the electronics of this amazing car. Brian did an outstanding job of explaining the numerous features of the car. Brian was very clear and concise and most importantly, very patient. He certainly knows this car in depth. I got clear answers to all of my questions. EVERYONE at this dealership, from my client advisor, Ralph Nofsinger, to service (Bill Cosenza and Chris Clayton) to parts (Anthony Blubello) to the owner (Michael Vadasz), are people who are honest, respectful, considerate and understanding. Love my car and Otto's BMW!! More

Customer of Otto's since 1984 - Owned over 30 BMW's I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 minut I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. It is headed by Chris Clayton who is knowledgeable and customer focused. The repairs are always done according to BMW specifications. I always get a BMW loaner car during service. I never experienced an issue with service for during all my time as a customer. Frank Adinolfi is my service advisor. Bill Cosenza is my service advisor when Frank is out of the office. Great job done by both. The sales department is staffed with excellent sales personnel either for used or new cars. Over the years, have purchased special order new, european delivery at the factory in Germany, in stock new, and certified pre owned. Recently, I worked with Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez for the purchase of a BMW X5. The entire experience was pleasant and my X5 delivery went without any issues. Ian and Wilmer are true sales professionals. You can tell that I am very loyal to Otto's BMW because they have earned my loyalty over the years. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase or needing expert service. You would be pleased with your experience and would not be disappointed. More
