Good inventory, good pricing, low doc fees, easy to work with salesman Spencer. Documentation started to fall apart as i was purchasing from out of state. Requested hard copies of documents but was told no with salesman Spencer. Documentation started to fall apart as i was purchasing from out of state. Requested hard copies of documents but was told no need everything would be emailed to me. NC does not accept electronic signatures so it took 14 days and approx. 9 phone calls to get the documents needed to title and register my car in NC. Thanks to Ryan who stepped up and took care of the matter. More

Bought a Sonata hybrid here, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The car is amazing (over 53 mpg!!!) but the staff was the best part….professional, honest, gave me a great deal and handled experience I’ve ever had. Took a little time to find the vehicle I was interested in, but Kasim went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. After test driving the vehicle the purchase process with Kasim went very well. There was a little issue with a dealer add-on, but the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Cedric handled the financing process very well although after I informed him I was not interested in any additional coverage he continued explaining all of the "extras". I had reached out to Ashley via the internet trying to get some pricing information, then subsequently lost all electrical power at my home and was unable to reply, she was kind enough to continue trying to reach me. All in all, my experience with Seattle Hyundai was very positive, I won't hesitate to return. More

Had a great experience leasing a 2023 Ioniq 5 with Ashley, Kasim, and Scott. Ashley took the time to virtually model several scenarios for financing versus leasing, which ultimately led to my comfort/ Ashley, Kasim, and Scott.
