I was traveling from South Carolina to Indy for a few days for a funeral. Monday morning several dash warning lights came on. Andrew was very kind and worked me in for diagnostic testing. After thorough days for a funeral. Monday morning several dash warning lights came on. Andrew was very kind and worked me in for diagnostic testing. After thorough testing it was determined that my car was safe to drive back to SC. The warning lights were reset. Bumper to Bumper coverage quite literally doesn't cover the bumper! My bumper flew off my certified pre-owned Highlander about a month after purchase going down the interstate. When I brought it in, they s the bumper! My bumper flew off my certified pre-owned Highlander about a month after purchase going down the interstate. When I brought it in, they said there is "no way" a bumper just falls off & I "must have" made contact with something. I made contact with nothing. This is an issue that can be googled with this make/model. There are cheap plastic clips that hold the plastic bumper to the car & mine were broken. This was clearly missed in the inspection. A manager didn't even bother to take the initiative to talk with me. The front desk clerk told me I would have to take it up with my insurance. I will NEVER shop with Beck Toyota ever. I am still driving around without my bumper & anyone who asks, "What happened to you bumper?" I make sure to tell them Beck Toyota sells faulty vehicles with pieces that can fall off & they take no responsibility. Buyer beware. More
