Always a good experience at Beck. One issue we had this time with the service department was that instead of calling the number we asked them to that day, they called a number in the One issue we had this time with the service department was that instead of calling the number we asked them to that day, they called a number in the file. Things could have been faster if they'd called the requested phone number. Once we decided on purchasing another vehicle, Will was very, very helpful. He helped find a great vehicle and was very knowledgeable on all the features. He has answered all our questions and taken the time to show us how features in the vehicle work.
