"Charlesglen Toyota is just like Family"

I had an early morning appointment (which I was 30 minutes late for) for a Precautionary Shift Lock Recall I was notified about and a leaky tire, yet when I pulled into the warm,clean service bay I was greeted by all familiar faces. My appointment was with Colin (whom I have trusted for years) in the service drive-thru, but when Megan (another familiar face) noticed he was busy serving another customer, she greeted me right away and helped me get checked in. I had numerous other small items that I wanted them to look after for me, and she diligently noted all of them. I especially appreciate that she went to my car with me to confirm my concerns! I went to get a free coffee before leaving and I ran into multiple people from parts, sales and service that I not only recognized, but they also recognized me! They got me into a rental (a Brand New Corolla!) and I was on my way in no time. No sooner was I done all of my errands that I got a call from Colin saying everything was done, and ahead of schedule. When I arrived, I was again greeted at the service counter, but this time by Pam (yet again a familiar face), as Colin was on the phone. What a TEAM! All of my items were addressed perfectly, and the price was LESS than they originally quoted! What meant the most to me though was that it felt like FAMILY because they know me. And when you can recognize the faces of a business that you see on 1-2 times a year, that says a LOT about their organization's integrity. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers. PLAIN AND SIMPLE! Charlesglen clearly does BOTH! See you again soon! PS - Please pass along my "thanks" to your technicians Andrew, John the rest of the team in the shop too! They clearly care about their work! Great job guys!!!

"Amazing Above and Beyond Customer Service"

I just purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Charlesglen. THis is my 4th Toyota and my 3rd purchase from Charlesglen. Three weeks after purchasing my vehicle (along with the Extra Care Warranty) I was taking my vehicle in for a small warranty issue and discovered I had a flat tire. I called Roadside Assistance who came out and changed the tire for me. I then drove to Charlesglen who told me they would take care of me. My tire was not repairable but my warranty covered the replacement of the tire. I was advised the same day, that they were unable to find the same tire in Alberta and were working hard to locate it. This was not because the tire was no longer sold, but because the tire was so new. At that point they did not know how long it would be until they could get the tire, so they gave me a rental vehicle until they could return my vehicle. The Service Advisor Mark, kept me constantly updated on the status of the situation, and when he went on vacation during this time, he passed my file on to the Service Manager who kept me updated. The tire supplier for Alberta had failed to order these particular tires and so a supply was expedited from Kentucky USA. After a week, I got the call that the tire had arrived and that my vehicle would be ready to pick up that day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the Service Manager sat me down and apologized for the delay and explained clearly the situation that had occurred and how there were some lessons learned from this particular experience. He walked me to my shiny washed vehicle and thanked me for my patience. At no point was Charlesglen Toyota at fault in this situation, they went above and beyond in trying to locate a tire for my vehicle, they provided me with a rental vehicle and even paid for the gas! I would never go anywhere else.
