Thanks Gorruds! My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We knew we wanted a SUV but were unsure of the make or model we wanted. We decided to check out a used My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We knew we wanted a SUV but were unsure of the make or model we wanted. We decided to check out a used dealership as we knew they would have ample choices in their lot. We were not disappointed. When we arrived we met Ziggy and he was more than helpful in setting up half a dozen test drives back to back for us. We left with a good feeling of the SUV we wanted. We met again the next day to test drive our favourite...the Ford Edge. By the time we arrived back Ziggy had printed up the paper work knowing that my wife's eager tone meant nothing less than "we'll take it". Ziggy walked us through everything we needed to know and introduced us to Kevin. Kevin is in charge of making sure we understand the numbers. He took his time to explain all our options and answer all our questions. We walked out feeling very informed and comfortable with our purchase. The next day we drove the car home. Thanks again to Ziggy and Kevin for a seamless process and making us feel that you are invested in your customer's choices. More

Ziggy + Gorrud's = Best Experience Buying a Car I don't like the hard sell - I want to be able to make up my own mind. This is even more true when I'm buying a car, which is not a small purchase. They have vehicles to fit every need, at fair prices and with an excellent warranty. Their finance people work with you to get you the lowest rate possible. They offer warranties and other add-ons just like other dealers but never push them on you. The trade in values they offer are excellent. They make buying a vehicle hassle free and comfortable. I had lost my sp Sorry for the delay of this review. In July I went to Gorruds to look for a used vehicle. The salesperson who helped my was Ziggy. I had lost my spouse in May and Ziggy made me feel respected and important. He made feel like I was number one in this trying time in my life. He answered all my silly questions and if he did not have an answer he told me and found the answer. As a widowed women I would recommend this dealership. I just had my first oil change today and was treated again like I was important. Thank You Rika More
