Could I put lower than 1 star please? I bought a car from them 46k and change. was coming to pick it up and found out on the way that it wasn't inspected yet. No big "they say" take our truck home. 20 days later won't even call me back. Asked for my old truck back won't reply to that. Asked to trade on similarly priced car. No answer. Ignore, Ignore Ignore Ignore. To say I'm mad is an understatement. Also told they call back never did. Ask them if the stuff on the car is fixed not on their list but safety stuff like day time running lights fixed still no real answer said waiting parts for non led lights. Which is weird cause it is a led light. Also tried to ad in fees on their all in pricing and pretended to not be stunned that got in there. More

The salesman was super helpful,. This was my first time ever buying a brand new vehicle and I’m glad I did it through this dealership! The follow up calls are a nice touch too! Have a service/ inspection done nov 10 2022. I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. They changed me for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. They changed me for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed .it's the 1st alignment inspection since i got the truck, it should be parr of service package. But it's not so they can make 160.00 vehicle doesn't even have 40 thousand km on it. They changed for window chip seal even when I have purchased a protection package, supposedly it was to be covered but charged for still. They changed me for asking if the paint that's peeling off front end is covered by warranty or protection package. They charge you for anything that you bring up as a concern. I bought the truck from here new expecting to get good service but all I have is grief. Salesman says he will help then won't even respond to test or email. I will be purchasing a few more new vehicles but from someone else after the way I have been treated. If you're looking for good service and a place that you feel is looking after you then look somewhere else. More
