The dealership had undergone a software update and my car’s repair history was under someone else’s name, my son’s name appeared as my name, my address was wrong and the service advisor acted like I had car’s repair history was under someone else’s name, my son’s name appeared as my name, my address was wrong and the service advisor acted like I had never been there even though she was holding 5 years worth of service history. Also when I was settling the bill, the service advisor tried to manually add $30 for a battery installation that took 10 minutes due to the same software upgrade. Fortunately, I protested and was not charged for it. This is not at an Acura level of service that I am accustomed to. I will have to consider other options for future maintenance. More

Pandemic protocols are insufficient, or inadequately followed. Service advisors move between offices without masks; and only use masks when in small rooms with customers. Try having advisors meet customers in the open lounge area w/laptops or iPads. Forcing me to sit in a small office where the advisor has been breathing for hours without a mask is too risky, even if they put on a mask when I enter. More

Once I pull in the bay, and receive the warm intake, I often ask myself why do I drive pass two Acura dealerships to have my car serviced at Jackson. Once I pull in the bay, and receive the warm intake, and hand off to Yvonne, the answer is crystal clear. I am a loyal customer to superior customer and service delivery, and when it comes to an exceptional service experience, Yvonne and the entire Jackson team delivers every time. This service in particular was a challenge as my car malfunctioned, and required a tow to the dealership. From the moment I spoke with Yvonne, she immediately called my fears about the severity of the situation, and as usual she remained in constant communication from diagnosis, solution, repair, and I would be remiss if I forgot my car wash and vacuum each time. This level of exceptional customer service experience could indeed be a model for how to attract and retain customers. Thanks Yvonne and the entire Jackson team! More
