Yvonne was able to take care of scheduling and the work done in the best possible way. The dealership had undergone a software update and my car’s repair history was under someone else’s name, my son’s name appeared as my name, my address was wrong and the service advisor acted like I had car’s repair history was under someone else’s name, my son’s name appeared as my name, my address was wrong and the service advisor acted like I had never been there even though she was holding 5 years worth of service history. Also when I was settling the bill, the service advisor tried to manually add $30 for a battery installation that took 10 minutes due to the same software upgrade. Fortunately, I protested and was not charged for it. This is not at an Acura level of service that I am accustomed to. I will have to consider other options for future maintenance. More
