I was given a hard time to get a loaner vehicle for my car to be painted because it was peeling due to no fault of mine (under the Customer Support Program). Plus they made me drive many miles there afte car to be painted because it was peeling due to no fault of mine (under the Customer Support Program). Plus they made me drive many miles there after it was finally approved, telling me they don’t give out loaners for such jobs, turned me away, only to call me back after realizing their mistake, and I had to do the long drive from Manhattan all the way there again burning gas, paying tolls, running up the mileage on my vehicle, and got me into trouble for having to leave work, after arriving late from them. More

Received an email stating to come in for my last free warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I wou warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I would receive an email then and his reply is I should know when it expired and it was probably an automated email. Had an open recall which I wanted to get resolved but didn’t want to lose my truck if it has to be fixed. Was advised that this recall is usually MBRP an issue just an inspection of the welds, Waiting two hours to be told that the truck needed to be taken out of service. Asked about a loaner vehicle and was y ok f there were none available. At this point I got the service manager involved who instructed the service advisor to get the truck to the repair shop immediately and arrange for a rental car. Since Toyota l my covers a $60 dollar a day natal and the rental vehicle cost more which meant more out of my pocket at my expense. So needless to say, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On the positive side, I was able to get my truck back after 3 days minimizing my out of pocket costs. Ralph Reinhardt More

From the moment I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. I was new to the place, and she made it so seamless on what to do greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. She sat me down, told me the exact services I’m getting, checked for recalls, and advised me how long, which she said under a hour. I got my car back in 47 minutes, and also was provided with a multipoint inspection with my paperwork, love that it tells me everything that is green. I saw the valles and they said the car would be right up, which 30 seconds later it was up and taking plastic off, which is so nice to stay clean. celine is an asset to the dealership and I won’t be going to anyone else but her. I can’t wait to see her in 5 months for my next service checkup! Thank you everyone at Toyota. More
