I met Jay Miller months ago I view myself as a very critical and knowledgeable buyer and can be very demanding of what I expect from a sales person. I met Jay Miller months ago and he has spent endless hours working with me and other members of my family looking for the used BMW that meets out unique needs. He has always been up front and honest with us and as a result my family has purchased two cars from him. What makes Ottos BMW dealership outstanding is that you are also dealing with car professional such as Wilmer Rodrigues, Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He is an individual who worked his way from an entry position and has now assembled a sales organization of professionals. From a customer prospective is is nice to go back to a dealership and see the same people each time. Car dealership have a reputation of changes faces often and when individuals stay at a dealership it is indicative that they are doing something right; both for the Dealership and the customer. I encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a used BMW to consider Ottos. However just as it is important that one purchases a car from a knowledgeable sales person you as the customer also have to do your homework as well. More

A few weeks after I purchased my vehicle , I meet with Dallas Reynolds from Otto's for an encore review of the X3, wow, there was so much that I learned in that hour with Dallas! This time our 428i convertible was a little confusing with all the options that idrive offers so we set up an appointment with Kevin Hughes who patiently led us through all the features plus several of the hidden gems that we might not have considered without his help. Ralph Nofsinger was our Client Advisor and we appreciated his informative, low pressure sales approach. We walked out content with our deal, the value of the new car and happy to have a new BMW just as the weather starts to improve. More

I appreciate that every time I came in, he had a nice smile on his face. Made what seemed like a difficult transaction seem so easy and painless. I've never seen that high level of service at other dealers. Would like to also thank Wilmer Rodriguez for also offering excellent customer service! We were able to work out an excellent deal for my BMW coupe. Thank you, Ben, for checking in and for the follow-up and for explaining the vehicle features so well! I traded in my Audi which is the part of the process that was tough for me as I am a die-hard Audi fan, but I wanted to give BMW a chance because they ARE awesome cars. At the moment I'm looking for an Audi again, but if I decide to stick with the BMW brand, I would not feel sorry knowing I have Ben to count on to get me in another one! No matter what I drive in the future, my review won't change. Best of the best!! More
