Advised me to change my cylinder for engine check lights on, replaced the cylinder 5, went to pick up the car still engine light was on. Toke back the car the car telling me I need to replace the whole engi on, replaced the cylinder 5, went to pick up the car still engine light was on. Service was an unpleasant experience. The attendants were very slow in getting the vehicle in the shop. For just an oil change it took 3 hours with an appointment. After I was told the ve The attendants were very slow in getting the vehicle in the shop. For just an oil change it took 3 hours with an appointment. After I was told the vehicle was completed. It took the attendant about 15 min to find my vehicle which the tenichian still had in the stall after completion. I didn't see an oil change sticker affix to the vehicle to show an oil change. Will not return to this deslership again. More

The dealership is always clean, the staff are professional and courteous. The issue I had was that they stated my battery had corrosion and needed cleaning. Then few days later, my car stopped st professional and courteous. The issue I had was that they stated my battery had corrosion and needed cleaning. Then few days later, my car stopped starting. I returned to the dealership & was told I need a new battery. Why would they complete a “service” and clean a dead battery? Which came at an additional cost to me at $100+. I felt swindled. I had to return for them to run a “diagnostic at $180” for them to determine that my battery was no good. And charge me an additional $282 for the cost of a new battery. Would you feel swindled? More
