As a first time buyer I was somewhat nervous and unsure of what to expect, while they both displayed the utmost confidence throughout the entire transaction- assuring me that they'd get the job done and I'd have my car by the very next day. It almost seemed too good to be true. I had the car in my possession within 24 hours of walking in the door- squeaky clean inside & out, & they're the ones that made it happen. My Wife and I met Gord at the Dealership after phoning and making arrangements to test out the Jeep we bought. Gord was just fantastic to us and very helpful! Once we agreed to purchase the Jeep Gord handed us over to Tinu to work on the financing. Tinu was great as well! Both Gord and Tinu not only worked with us to get a good deal but were very helpful with showing us how the car worked and made us feel really good about our purchase. I met Ted Edmonds when I entered the store. I found him to be an extremely helpful and friendly person, I could not have dealt with a more pleasant salesperson. I love the car I bought at a reasonable and to be an extremely helpful and friendly person, I could not have dealt with a more pleasant salesperson. I love the car I bought at a reasonable and fair price (Dodge Dart). The Dealership itself is quite large, clean, friendly and appears to be run efficiently. I would definitely recommend Ted and this dealer to a friend or relative. The financing person, Tinu, was also very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. More
