Was very happy with the customer support given by Matthew. We were interested in one car and later on we found out it was sold. Matthew took the initiative to find a similar car with low mileage. Upon entering the dealership parking lot and upon exiting my own vehicle I was immediately approached by a very friendly salesperson. (Gord) Considering this was a very cold and windy day I was impressed by this welcome. The salesman invited me inside the showroom and we began do discuss my visit to the dealership. Throughout the entire process he was very pleasant, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Eventually, after some negotation, I was introduced to the assistant manager (Joe) who provided further information about the vehicle and other aspects of the purchase. This was all very helpful in determining the outcome of our decision. After purchasing the vehicle the salesman gave me a tour of the facilities. The entire experience was very pleasant and painless (maybe just a little). I would certainly recommend this dealership to others. Leo Coelho More

Recently I purchsed a brand new 2014 Town & Country from Ontario Chrysler. It was a great experience. The sales Walid and sales manager Rabih were very friendly to talk to. They answered all my questio from Ontario Chrysler. It was a great experience. The sales Walid and sales manager Rabih were very friendly to talk to. They answered all my questions and gave me a very good price. They did not have the exact car I wanted but they managed to find one for me from a dealer which was far away from Mississauga. The car was delivered as promised with a very low milage 12 km. Also, I bought the car at the end of Nov and picked up the car on Dec 10th. Starting from Dec 3rd, Chrysler offered a new holiday bonuse. They honoured me the new promotion when I picked up the car. I was very happy. The finance manager Tinu was also great. He was very gentle. He did not rush me to sign anything and made me feel very confortable. All in all, this was a great shopping experience. I will recommand this dealership to everyone who wants buy a Chysler car. More
