So worth the drive from Hamilton On. While searching so many dealerships in the GTA & Hamilton area it just kept getting more and more frustrating trying to find the new vehicle we wanted While searching so many dealerships in the GTA & Hamilton area it just kept getting more and more frustrating trying to find the new vehicle we wanted with the options we also wanted. We kept getting met with the same thing " you cannot get that model with the options you want at the price you are willing to pay". Well after just about giving up the search and heading back to our previous brand of car maker I stumbled across an ad online for Ontario Chrysler Jeep and gave them a call. I was connected to Matthew Techlowicz and explained what we were looking for , well the response from Matt was done, done and done. This all took place on a Friday afternoon on the phone from my office in Burlington, Matt sent me some pics of the model I was interested in and the deal was done by 3:30 that afternoon and our vehicle was licensed, detailed and ready for pick-up the same evening (we picked it up the next morning being Saturday). When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Matthew at the door and right away we knew this dealership was like none we had seen anywhere before and we are in our late fifties so this was "not our first dance". After showing and explaining everything about the vehicle Matt showed us the way to the café (something else that was new to us) where we met this most wonderful lady (I think her name is Rosie) who was also so warm, welcoming and friendly as Matt had been, she explained that she had worked there a number of years and would not even think of leaving Ontario Chrysler (I can clearly see why). After a welcoming cup of awesome coffee and chat Matthew then introduced us to Tinu Katyal to finish up the paperwork where again we were shocked by the fact that we were offered some extras but in no way at all felt pressured into purchasing anything. Within a short time we were heading home with our amazing new Van and a very good feeling in our hearts that we were treated well and fairly by both Matthew and Tinu (we actually felt we were dealing with friends). I should also mention something else we had never encountered at any other dealership we had dealt with over the years and that being the showroom was so busy with customers and I can clearly see why. We have found a new "home away from home" where we will now do all of our business with Ontario Chrysler Jeep. Thank you again so much Matthew (and Tinu) for a simply amazing car buying experience. More

The negotiation experience was easy and pleasant and I drove away feeling very happy about my purchase. I usually feel at least a minute of buyer's remorse after I purchase anything over $1000, however I drove away satisfied and never looked back. The financing process with Tinu was very straight forward and perks were definitely involved. In all honestly, we did not even have Jeep on our radar of vehicle's to purchase and just happened to walk into Ontario Chrysler randomly and we are grateful that we did. After this experience we are "Jeep People". More

Best Purchase I Ever Made Marc Vanacker took the time to completely go through my new 2014 Ram with me. He knew the truck inside and out.
