The people we dealt with Andrew, Wil, Jim, Tim, Jim and Gary were frien This last purchase experience was much better the the one experienced in 2009. The people we dealt with Andrew, Wil, Jim, Tim, Jim and Gary were friendly and courteous. Service on our Corolla was always excellent so we were drawn back for our purchase of the Avalon. Not sure I received the best pricing on the extended warranty and the Alberta climate Pkg. Climate package was initially offered at $680 and when I turned it down the price was dropped by $200 (30%). This type of marketing strategy turns me off and leaves me wondering if I got the best deal. More
