Within a couple of hours an online sales manager had contacted me and set up a time to see Terry. Terry is a great guy! Easy to deal with. Super knowledgeable and a hard worker. We would highly recommend him and would be happy to deal with him again. Almost every point of contact with Capital was a positive experience. From Terry, to the Online sales manager , front receptionists, other sales rep's on the floor, finance and the service departments quick prep of our new vehicle.all was enjoyable. The only very minor negative was on the website the pop up coupon for $100. off that seems to pop up every time you change a page was a pain in the butt. Other than that everything was a great experience. More

A 3 day process due to my busy schedule, may have seemed like a lifetime to him but made the process of purchasing our new to us Escalade a breeze. After the sale was complete, we found Terry strapping in our car seat from our previous vehicle to the new one. Accessible in the evenings by phone and text, this guy is the best out there by far. Ask for Terry the next time your shopping for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed. We had the papers drawn up at night and were on our way out of town in the morning. More
