Terry was very good it took me over 2 months decide which family vehicle we wanted, he was a source of information and with that I was able to find the vehicle we enjoy. he took a very honest approach right family vehicle we wanted, he was a source of information and with that I was able to find the vehicle we enjoy. he took a very honest approach right when we met and then we build our relationship from there. This is the first time that I've dealt with Terry McCrystal and I found him to be very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and there was no rush. Michael Park handled the paperwork for the purchase. He outlined warranties, add-on, etc for my vehicle. He was professional and described available products to me, but was never pushy. Thank you. I've dealt with Fred Petrowich for a number of years. I think I've bought or leased the last 10 vehicles from Fred. Fred is a no non-sense kind of guy, which I really appreciate. Once the truck was purchased, Terry took the time to explain all the aspects of the new vehicle and followed up with any questions we had. This was the first time at this dealership and right away everyone asked if they could help us. We had an appointment with Terry and they all went out of there way to find him for us. Terry was great to deal with and made us very comfortable in our decision to purchase a vehicle. He also went above and beyond in making sure that our vehicle was ready for us to take home. Jona was very helpful in our decision on financing our vehicle and very thorough and clear with all of the details. I will definetly be coming back to Capital for our next vehicle purchase, Terry hope your still there when that comes around. Although I would not hesitate to deal with any of the other sales people there. It was a very friendly atmosphere and they all made the afternoon as comfortable as possible. We went to the dealership thinking we knew what we wanted, after talking to Terry and looking at all the options we picked something totally different. Terry was very freindly and knowledgable, but no wanted, after talking to Terry and looking at all the options we picked something totally different. Terry was very freindly and knowledgable, but not pushy at all. Terry spent a lot of time with us but never made us feel rushed. Over all the shopping experiance was very good. My only advice would be to do your reserch the choices can be overwelming. I can recomend Terry and Capital for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

My salesperson, Terry McCrystal, put me at ease the moment we talked on the phone. What I appreciated about Terry was that he actually listened to my needs, wants, limitations, and previous experiences moment we talked on the phone. What I appreciated about Terry was that he actually listened to my needs, wants, limitations, and previous experiences. He acknowledged my frustrations in the past and provided me with solutions. That was refreshing and a first for me in terms of buying a car. He was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in buying and shared my excitement. He answered all my inquiries and got my command start and extended warranty added to my financing. It seems that being a cars salesman is a match made in heaven for Terry; he excels at it and smashes the status quo negative connotations of being a car salesman. My finance rep, Matt Fischer, despite being sick and under the influence of cold medication (ha ha ha), hung in there and got me excellent financing terms. He paid me compliment to my credit score and also secured extended warranty for me that exceeded my expectations. He was very passionate about his job and I could tell that he enjoyed it. I would gladly conduct additional financing through Matt. Other staff I met included Fred Petrowich, who exuded charm and class in sealing the deal. His sincerity and ability to look me in the eye was impressive. The front receptionist who grabbed me a water and made sure it was known to my sales rep that I was waiting for him, Nikki Branscombe, impressed me as well. I look forward to the long relationship I will have with these staff and the dealership. Rather than it being a painful, long, and unpleasant task -buying my car this time was a pleasure and I actually felt respected and valued; not just another sale, stat, and commission. Cheers folks.
