The service department has not fixed my issues in three trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails trips to the dealership. I received 500.00 for my used truck when I traded it in January 5, 2013 and now the dealership is offering 2,000.00 for any trade in. Not really fair. I could go on for a long time, but I'll leave it at that for now. I'd like to speak with Bruce Axelson in person. More

I came looking to purchase a used SUV. He pulled out a 2007 Kia Sportage that was fully loaded. It had heated seats, sun roof, 4x4, leather interior, and just the perfect size! It was everything I was looking for all in one vehicle. I call him my little mind reader because I was totally unsure of where to start or what to start looking for, but he made the entire process so easy and relaxing. I went in there as a 23 year old girl buying her first vehicle alone and he completely took care of me. If I ever were to purchase another vehicle it would be him I would go back to see. I have told many, many people about the service I have received there and how impressed I was to not be pushed over by some salesman trying to make some money and he didn't try to sell me something out of my budget or something completely different then what I wanted. My Financier was Michael Park and I can honestly say the 2 of them were just an amazing team! Michael helped me get the financing I needed and went to all lengths to make it possible, even when there were a few snags. I had a bad experience at this dealership with 2 of the finance guys and one salesman about 4 year Kevin Gatschene. Fantastic from start to finish!!! I had a bad experience at this dealership with 2 of the finance guys and one salesman about 4 years ago and had another less than positive experience a few months ago while helping my daughter purchase her first vehicle. I decided to give Capital GM one last try and I'm glad I did. Terry and Kevin gave me a completely different experience. I enjoyed the fact that they both listened to what my concerns were and didn't try to pressure me into things I didn't want. I am now a Capital GM customer again and it is Terry and Kevin that deserve the thanks for that. Thanx Fellas !!!! More
