Pleasant and Stress Free Buying Experience As a former sales trainer there is a number of things I look for in the sales process that I feel were done very well by BCS. First, the salesperson As a former sales trainer there is a number of things I look for in the sales process that I feel were done very well by BCS. First, the salesperson Dave was clear about the sales process and laid out each step without giving us the feeling of being hurried or stressed. Second, it was a nice touch to have met a number of the support staff who were friendly and easy to deal with. Finally it was assuring to get a follow up note from the General Sales Manager asking if we were happy with the purchase and the service as well as contact information if something was a problem. Very satisfied with the buying experience and we love the car. More
