What sets her apart from many other sales people in the automotive business is: 1) ongoing communication with her customers, even after the sale of the vehicle has been made, 2) her genuine attitude towards her clients (many sales people in the car business lose interest in their clients once the sale has been made, which is not the case with Sylvia), 3) good deals on selling/leasing vehicles, and 4) selling a superior product, Toyota vehicles. She certainly deserves a 5 star rating in all aspects: she is a great sales person! I am looking forward to her selling/leasing more vehicles to my family. More

Sylvia has helped us with our last two car purchases and she is a professional through and through! Our pick-up of our new Rav 4 was on one of the snowy Saturdays this winter - ice, snow and cold. Roads were bad and traffic slow into the city and Sylvia was there and the car warm and ready to go with a full tank of gas! She had braved the elements so we could take delivery on time. She is friendly and helpful through the whole process and event synced my phone to the bluetooth for me - loved that! My experience has been with Sylvia Donovan at ToyotaTown London. I have always found Sylvia to be extremely knowledgeable with the products I've been interested in. I have leased, from her over the past years, a Camry, Corollas, Yaris and recently my 2013 Rav4. Leasing any of these vehicles was easy and downright fun! I've recommended this dealership and specifically Sylvia many times, and will continue to do so. Our daughter made her very first car purchase through Sylvia, a 2008 Yaris. We just wanted to introduce her to Sylvia, talk about what our daughter wanted to buy, and within minutes, Sylvia had a vehicle for her! The process was impressive and easy. From the beginning of any conversation with Sylvia to the moment one of us leaves the dealership in a new vehicle - we're impressed! We were so impressed with every aspect of the service you receive when you walk in the door. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to look after us. I initially came to this dealership to tes receive when you walk in the door. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to look after us. I initially came to this dealership to test drive a used Matrix. Sylvia Donovan was a wonderful source of information and she suggested that I test drive another used Matrix and explained the difference between the two. My husband who only drives a Ford was also impressed with the Matrix, not to mention all the attention we received from Sylvia. When we finished test driving the two cars we went back to see Sylvia. Once we discovered the price for new and/or leasing at 0% we decided to lease. Sylvia took us through each step, providing us with so much information and options. She then arranged for us to meet with the leasing specialist and he took us through each and every option available - again explaining in great detail our options. When the day arrived that my new vehicle was ready to be picked up Sylvia again went through all documents thoroughly, scheduling my first appointment for me. She came out to the vehicle and showed me how to set up the blue tooth (which I just love) and went over everything I needed to know. At the end of it all she asked if we had any questions. I didn't, but my husband asked if he could test drive a Rav 4. I was shocked. He is seriously considering selling his Ford Explorer and purchasing a Rav 4. Never thought I would see that day.
