Good experience - again Dealing with Toyota Town since 2007. This is my 4th lease and 3rd lease buyout. Always smooth and friendly transactions. My only concern is their trad Dealing with Toyota Town since 2007. This is my 4th lease and 3rd lease buyout. Always smooth and friendly transactions. My only concern is their trade-in valuation. Short of satisfactory. I managed to avoid trade-ins in the past but due to the current COVID situation I had to do it. Will try to avoid it in the future. More

All they care about is making the sale, nothing else! I purchased a used RAV4 Hybrid at the beginning of 2019. It was advertised with remote start, but the vehicle didn't actually have it. I was given a y I purchased a used RAV4 Hybrid at the beginning of 2019. It was advertised with remote start, but the vehicle didn't actually have it. I was given a yellow "WE OWE" slip for a remote start to be installed, and was told it may need to be an aftermarket one instead of factory because Toyota had discontinued the remote start for this model, which I understood and am okay with. It's now May 2020, and I still haven't received my remote start. Initially I was able to in contact with my salesperson at Toyota, and they were going to schedule in a timeslot to get the aftermarket remote start installed, but they never did and never called me back. Since then I've sent several emails with no response from Toyotatown or the sales person I emailed. I've phoned several times. I left a voice message on my salesperson's phone and didn't receive a call back. A second time I was sent to the service department and was told to leave a message on the service manager's phone, and that they would definitely call back. I never got that call. I must say during the buying process I was very impressed with the service I received from Andrew de Coning in Finance. He was very professional and didn't push to sell me any of the extended warranties and services. I was, however, pushed very hard by someone else to buy extended warranties while I was signing my purchase agreement, which I did not appreciate. For salespeople who aren't supposed to be earning a comission, they sure like to try to suck every penny out of you. It's very clear to me that Toyotatown, or at least some of the salespeople, only care about getting the sale, and once the sale has been made, they don't care. There is no way I will never buy another vehicle from Toyotatown again. More
