Sales service from Nash was good, he helped us test out 3 different Jeep Wranglers on our 1st visit to see which suits me best. Ehsan also helped us finalized the purchase when we picked up the car. The whole process didn't take long and was able to pick up the car in less than a week. But I'm very unsatisfied though because of the following issues: 1. They claim that "We detailed every corner in the interior.... The exterior paint is like new with no main scratches or ding..." and that is written on every car posting that they have. But we received the car as is, the paints/scratches were not retouched/fixed. Even though we pointed out all the scratches that we saw the 1st day we came and even mentioned it before we picked up the car.  We have to asked again to bring back the car to get this fixed which they could have completed beforehand. But even after returning, the scratches on the rooftop wasn't fixed at all. The interior wasn't "detailed" as they claimed. Noticeable dirt on steering wheel and on the top interior and found anti-ceased on a random spot on the exterior of the car 2. Missing items - The manual and tool kit. Which AGAIN we have to request and wasn't initially given. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler but the only available manual they got was from a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The tool kit was given on another day. I was expecting a better service but was disappointed since we have to asked multiple times to get things done. It is frustating to think that we're spending money on purchasing a car from this dealership but the level of service that was received was not good enough. More

Dealership was clean and organized all the staff were very nice and friendly. John walker was very good explaining the information he thought i required and answered all my questions and on delivering th very nice and friendly. I was also impressed that John set my phone up with the vehicle. Top notch sales man would definitely see him again for my future vehicle purchases. More

I had the most AMAZING experience purchasing my first car at this dealership. I know for a fact had I gone somewhere else, the experience wouldn’t be like this one. Both joe the legend and Matt treated me mo at this dealership. I know for a fact had I gone somewhere else, the experience wouldn’t be like this one. Both joe the legend and Matt treated me more than just a customer. They made me feel as though every decision was my own and never pushed me only helped me. I wouldn’t have been happier dealing with anyone else other than these two guys and i will continue to come back to this dealership using their help. I cannot thank them enough & I couldn’t have been more happier than I am. I will recommend anyone who plans to buy a car to them. I already know when I buy my next car, it’ll be with joe & Matt.
