Sue to the rescue! Sue had the task of dealing with the damage to the front end wheel components/parts of my Truck. Due to the extent of the damage multiple follow up ca Sue had the task of dealing with the damage to the front end wheel components/parts of my Truck. Due to the extent of the damage multiple follow up calls was required, and every time Sue called, she was very positive, and informative, providing me with the next steps of the process so that I wasn't caught off guard with anything. Sue's knowledge and experience dealing with these types of issues was an asset to keeping informed which allowed me to focus on my everyday life and not on the repairs of my truck! I highly recommend dealing with Sue!! More

Always A+ Service at Western GMC I have always come to Western GMC to get my service done even though there is a closer dealership in St. Albert. The service you get at Western through amazing guys like Steve is not comparable to others. Since day 1 I was treated better than I should be and Steve always works to find a quick, low cost solution to get me back on the road in a timely manner. I will always keep coming back to see Steve as he knows what he is talking about and I can trust him. I can't say this for other dealerships and service departments out there. Thanks Steve! Recall/Diagnostics Check I was very happy with the service I received at this dealership. When I phoned in regarding my car's recall, the parts were not in yet but Joleen said I was very happy with the service I received at this dealership. When I phoned in regarding my car's recall, the parts were not in yet but Joleen said she would call me when they were in and she did and scheduled my appointment. When I came in Steve took care of my car, working with parts to get additional work that I wanted completed. He also ensured that I knew about the current promotion regarding a diagnostics check which alerted me to a few issues that I was not aware of at the time. Steve also took the time to highlight the most urgent ones for me which I appreciated. Also, the clerk who checked me out and the shuttle driver were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Thank you. Service Department is Excellent They have always been excellent for all of my service needs. They will always drive me home and pick me up (40 min ride one way), or have offered a l They have always been excellent for all of my service needs. End of warranty servicing I brought my 2104 Sierra in for some routine maintenance and for the end of warranty servicing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When c I brought my 2104 Sierra in for some routine maintenance and for the end of warranty servicing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When completing the end of warranty review, they found a coupe, of items that I had not noticed myself such as the radiator was leaking and a transmission line that was leaking. The staff at western GMC replaced both my radiator and transmission line under warranty, no questions asked and because the servicing took longer than expected they gave me a rental vehicle overnight. The next day when I came to pick up my truck they had it washed and sitting in the warm garage waiting for me. Steve Hillerud was the service manager and I was very happy with the level of service he provided me. More
