Lexus of London had a great 2012 Lexus CT200h in Ultrasonic Mica Blue with only 37,*** km in stock. I inquired about the vehicle and was promptly replied to by Stephanie Shearsby, even though it was a holiday. She gave me all the information I asked for and was extremely accommodating. I traveled from Toronto to London to see the vehicle and it was in mint condition. I had a concern with the hybrid system in the car and asked if somebody could verify that it had no issues. Stephanie test drove it the next day and sent photos confirming it. That's great service. The only reason I didn't purchase from this location was because I found a better suited vehicle. Out of at least 7 dealerships I visited, this one makes you feel most comfortable. Highly recommended dealership and yes, it is worth the drive. More

Stephanie is Great to Work With!! I went into Lexus of London in late December to get my 2015 RX350 Lexus serviced and ended up buying a 2016 RX350 Sport. My wife and I dealt with Stephanie last year when we bought our 2015 Lexus and found her very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When I met her in the showroom while waiting for the servicing we had a great general discussion. The discussion of buying a new car and trading in my almost new one started out as curiosity on my part with no pressure put on me. One thing lead to the next and 3 hours later after getting my wife out of the local mall we were getting serious again. Stephanie is fun and easy to work with and the whole experience was again very satisfying and comfortable. They guaranteed the car before Christmas and the dealership came through with the car delivered on December 23rd with a big red bow sitting on top. More

I was immediately greeted and set up with Stephanie to discuss how she could help. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I left without any questions. I test drove two vehicles on her recommendation and was totally satisfied with the service and attention she provided. Unfortunately I didn't fall in love with either, but Stephanie said she would keep me in mind should another SUV meeting my criteria become available. She made true on that offer and followed up with me less than three weeks later. However, that car was also not the one for me. I could not have asked for more from a sales representative, and will be sure to continue to talk to Stephanie first the next time i am car shopping. More

Lexus Of London has set the bar HIGH! Our search for a newer SUV has allowed us to test drive just about every brand out there with different experiences at many dealerships from Niagara Our search for a newer SUV has allowed us to test drive just about every brand out there with different experiences at many dealerships from Niagara and into the Toronto area. After driving an RX350, our decision was made. On Sunday November 8th I inquired online to Lexus of London about a pre owned 2012 they had listed hoping to get a response sometime that week. I received an email that very same Sunday evening from Stephanie Shearsby. We were very impressed by the prompt response from this very special sales advisor. By the time I got back to her, that particular vehicle had been sold. Ten days later I received another Email from Stephanie telling us they just got another 2012 RX350 in that we really should see. There were no photos yet online so she texted me some photos from her phone. She then offered to meet us at the dealership the next day to show us this vehicle which was a Friday and her scheduled day off! Who does that? Talk about customer service! Friday did not work for us so we made the trip to London on Saturday morning. From the moment We walked into the dealership, we felt comfortable and welcome. After checking out the latest models in their showroom we finally got to meet the woman behind the emails and texts and what a pleasure it was! Stephanie knows the product she sells and then some. She is a consummate professional in every way, patient, down to earth and honest as was everyone else we dealt with at Lexus of London. The RX350 was a beauty just as she described. Nicest we've seen! She was even able to get us a better deal than expected. Stephanie and her team at Lexus of London went above and beyond to prepare this vehicle for us and took the time to show us how all the features and options worked before we left.
