ALL employees were always super friendly and willing to help. Stephanie was/is the BEST!! When I first went in a couple months ago to look at a new RX350 she was so helpful in every aspect, from explaining options or giving advice. Unfortunately buying a new one just didn't work out, but .... Stephanie was sssoooo amazing that she went above and beyond to remember options and what price point would be most beneficial. She kept her eyes open and as soon one came in that would be perfect for me, she contacted me right away and BAM the deal was done. Stephanie was and is so friendly, sweet, honest and straight forward. She made this experience so easy and painless I couldn't be happier. More

Stephanie Shearsby had been very prompt and thorough in our few email exchanges since I had inquired and I thought 'what the heck, I have nothing to lose'. Her service was fantastic and her knowledge of the car itself was surprisingly very good considering it wasn't from her line. I honestly don't have anything but positive thoughts regarding the whole process; it was smooth, seamless and I would highly recommend anyone to contact Stephanie for their future purchases, she was fantastic. Scott Gunn was also very helpful, very thorough and he got me exactly what I wanted when it came down to the numbers. I had a pretty concrete goal in mind and was successful in achieving that goal. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the Nissan considering she works at a Lexus dealer. Being a young female, I was very happy to deal with Stephanie instead of the typical Middle aged men dealers that can be very intimidating for a young female. She made the whole experience very comfortable and treated me more as a friend when it came to answering my questions and concerns.
