With an undeniable dedication to the guest experience, an eye for online marketing and a passion for community involvement she assists in managing the day to day operations of the dealership, both in the showroom and online. Born and raised in London, her down time is spent convincing her daughter that Blue Rodeo really is the best band ever, hitting local markets, checking out new restaurants, killing hours upon hours at Boler Mountain and living that mom life! Yes, the price was a LOT fairer compared to other dealerships we had visited on line for the same vehicle. From the first handshake greeting from Stephanie Shearsby our salesperson we were treated very well with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The accommodation did not stop there. We then dealt Kylie Burridge, Financial Services Manager who gave a clear, informative and concise overview of the purchase and what warranty services were available. These two women were very professional. While at the dealership, the sales manager came and introduced himself and thanked us for traveling such a long distance to purchase their vehicle. They delayed the delivery as they discovered two small scratches on the rear bumper which they had repaired and also replaced the 3M hood protector at no additional cost as part of the sale. If that was not enough, they had the vehicle delivered (we live 130 km's from the dealership) and picked up our trade in. This purchase was a very pleasant experience. The vehicle was remarkable and was thousands of dollars less than comparable vehicles at other dealerships. We will definitely return there for our next vehicle purchase. The cars are a dream to drive but being treated like family when we take the cars in for servicing is what makes the experience of ownership extra special. The service staff recognize us and know us by name and always make the extra effort to acknowledge us and offer any further assistance beyond our normal servicing. Even our sales rep remembers and acknowledges us when she sees us. My two sisters each own and are happy with their Lexus vehicles but I believe our relationship with the London team surpasses any of their experiences with their dealers. More

An excellent dealership in all departments I was looking for a Lexus CT200h and went on a vehicle hunting marathon, going as far to London, ON dealerships in order to find the perfect match of I was looking for a Lexus CT200h and went on a vehicle hunting marathon, going as far to London, ON dealerships in order to find the perfect match of service, price, and vehicle. Lexus of London had a great 2012 Lexus CT200h in Ultrasonic Mica Blue with only 37,*** km in stock. I inquired about the vehicle and was promptly replied to by Stephanie Shearsby, even though it was a holiday. She gave me all the information I asked for and was extremely accommodating. I traveled from Toronto to London to see the vehicle and it was in mint condition. I had a concern with the hybrid system in the car and asked if somebody could verify that it had no issues. Stephanie test drove it the next day and sent photos confirming it. That's great service. The only reason I didn't purchase from this location was because I found a better suited vehicle. Out of at least 7 dealerships I visited, this one makes you feel most comfortable. Highly recommended dealership and yes, it is worth the drive. More
