The staff makes you feel very welcome when you go in and their service department is outstanding. Stephanie is excellent at her job and helps make the purchase of a new Lexus less stressful than it might be. We could see honesty and sincerity quickly in dealing with Stephanie. Sue was a pleasure to deal with when we picked up the vehicle - very engaging and easy to talk to and took time to go over the vehicle with us, rather than just send us off with the keys. If I could have selected 4.5 instead of 4 stars, that would be my preference. I felt the attention/effort to the detail of removing some of the interior scuffs and touching up the paint chips could have been much better. The finished product vs. the expectation did not quite line up. That was our only disappointment. More
