Excellent Buying Experience And Great Customer Service I have been looking for a specific car here in Vancouver in a certain colour and option package since March 2016. I even had 2 local Lexus dealership I have been looking for a specific car here in Vancouver in a certain colour and option package since March 2016. I even had 2 local Lexus dealership to give me a call when that specific car came in on a lease return or trade in and I follow up with the same 2 salesman every other week to see if there was anything in the pipeline. After about 4 months, I decided to search the pre-owned inventory of all the Lexus Dealerships Canada wide and found what I was looking for at Lexus Of London. Stephanie answered the many questions I sent in my email. After a few weeks of back and forth emails, I decided to pull the trigger and buy the car in mid July 2016. The price of the car plus the shipping was still a good deal. Lexus Of London handled everything including shipping the car to BC. I just want to say thank you for a great buying experience with Lexus Of London from inquiring about the car over email, to the financing, and to the shipping of the car to Vancouver, BC. A big thank you to Stephanie for securing the car for me and I really appreciated that. I never actually consider buying a car without seeing it in person especially one from out of province, but they made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Even though there was a few miscommunication problems, it's understandable as most of it was done through emails. I would definitely do it all over again if I want to buy another car. When the car arrived, it was in an amazing like new condition just like what Stephanie said and was better then what I expected. The detailing of the interior and engine bay made it look and feel like a new car. The exterior was covered in dust from the 10 days or so it was in transit but after a wash, it too look like a new car. Again thanks for everything and thanks for the full tank of gas More
