We scheduled a time to view the car, and I felt as though I had been purchasing my cars there for years.....I decided on a vehicle, that day and didn’t even pursue looking at the other vehicles I had in mind! My experience only got better, on picking up my new car, Stephanie stayed beyond her schedule shift, to welcome me to the Lexus family! Wow! I have dealt with the same luxury dealership for 15 years , and was regretting having to leave them due to location change.......but I must say.....I have no regrets! Picked up a Pre-owned Civic I was looking for a pre-owned Honda civic 2017 EX for about three weeks and came across one lying at Lexus of London. I got in touch with Stephanie wh I was looking for a pre-owned Honda civic 2017 EX for about three weeks and came across one lying at Lexus of London. I got in touch with Stephanie who handles the internet sales and expressed my interest in viewing the car. Since the car photos were not yet put up on the site, Stephanie went the extra mile and made sure some photos were clicked and sent to me so i can view the car before coming all the way from Toronto to London. the day before meeting with her initially she had reserved the car and also gave me the first right of refusal which was worth the drive. The conversations were very transparent and all details were discussed in length till we were satisfied. On the day of delivery, Stephanie made sure that the car was inside the showroom and not outside and also made sure that we took our time in satisfying everything before leaving although we reached pretty late. She made sure all the work we had told her we would like to have done before taking delivery was completed well beyond our satisfaction. I really appreciate Stephanie dedication towards us and also the way the whole matter was handled. More
