She connected with my wife and made the experience of buying a vehicle great as it should. When you buy a car you should feel fantastic about it and get what you want without hassle. Stephanie did this for us . Never an issue on anything. She made it seamless for us . No one issue with anything. Buying a car over Christmas is tough as we are all busy. The dealership is 2 hours away from our home in the country . No problem for London Lexus . We met only to pick our car and the next time we met the car was delivered to us . Stephanie arranged things with Kylie and Liliana and Bill did a great job on delivery. This dealership is superb on their customer satisfaction and took care of us beyond Lexus expectation . You will not be disapointed Purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but do not remember any dealers that I enjoyed more. Main reason for this is the people that work there and the Purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but do not remember any dealers that I enjoyed more. Main reason for this is the people that work there and there eagerness to assist. Although I mainly dealt with two people, Stephanie the sales person who is so helpful and sweet you just want to give her a hug. From the Financial side, Liliana, who was also helpful and made every effort to provide what I required. Just for good measure once I purchased the vehicle that sales manager made it a point to thank me for the business. So bottom line, if your looking for a new or used vehicle I recommend this dealership; you will have a hard time finding better people to deal with. More
