My first visit to Toyota Town London I had driven from Windsor to see a unique vehicle. I left that day feeling under valued and un-important... and a little confused with the no haggle approach. MY MISTAKE ! Stephanie Davis followed up with an inquiry I had a few days later. Steph chatted with me for sometime. She made me feel extremely valued, she related to my situation and most importantly she had my best interests in mind. We scheduled another visit so that to rectify any uneasiness I had been feeling and to get me testing out a few vehicles that suited my needs best! It just so happens the day that worked for me just so happened to fall on Stephanies day off (which she did not disclose to me) What service!! She came in on her day off to help me feel better and more confident in my decision to purchase a new car. She very easily could have passed me off to someone else.... but she went the extra mile. I would recommend Toyota Town and Stephanie Davis to my closest of friends. Thank you for going that extra mile, taking the extra steps and putting forth that extra effort to ensure a pleasant new car purchasing experience for me. FYI .... I did not end up purchasing this specific vehicle and even without the sale, Stephanie was pleasant and assured me her services are there if ever I come back around.
