Salesman sucked, Finance Manager was best ever. Our salesman was okay, not too pushy or anything like that. My review is based on the fact that when I went back for a meeting with a Finance perso Our salesman was okay, not too pushy or anything like that. My review is based on the fact that when I went back for a meeting with a Finance person, the first one I met with had me standing at a square in the center of the room with all the other finance/sales people there (so no privacy), no chair, you just stood there like you were at the principal's office (so you do not feel valued as a potential customer). However, I have only good things to say about the Finance Manager I met with after I decided to buy the vehicle, he was very professional and explained everything to a "t", so I appreciated that. More

Fast, courteous,to the point, and very pleasant expeirience Bought another Ram as their the only trucks that have held up for us over the years. Excellent Job!! I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. I had not made up my mind to purchase one, I was having a hard time imagining the transition fro I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. I had not made up my mind to purchase one, I was having a hard time imagining the transition from a Jeep to a MiniVan. Andrew really took his time to answer my questions and help me become comfortable with my choice. I know this was time consuming for him and I know he was busy but he and his team made me feel comfortable and important. Steph, while not my primary salesman took his time to help me clean out my vehicle and expalin all the options my new Grand Caravan had. He answered all my quesitons, big and small, even though it was the end of the day and did not make me feel rushed. Marcus also alswered all my finance questions and explained the process to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely reccomend Crestview and thier sales staff to friends and family. The service department will have a lot to live up too. :-) More
