Issue not fixed Dropped my 2015 altima off on Tuesday with it sputtering, hesitating. They "fixed" it with an oil solenoid. Picked it up Wednesday.. Thursday mornin Dropped my 2015 altima off on Tuesday with it sputtering, hesitating. They "fixed" it with an oil solenoid. Picked it up Wednesday.. Thursday morning its doing the same thing with the engine light coming on again. Reached out Thursday afternoon and left two messages with no call backs as of yet (Thursday late afternoon). Hopefully i get reimbursed and they can fix it this time around. Brightside is simone was very pleasant on the phone when i spoke with her on Tuesday. More

My new car buying experience I have been a Nissan owner for over 20 years. I was very impressed with the Rothrock company culture. Everyone I've come in contact with has been fr I have been a Nissan owner for over 20 years. I was very impressed with the Rothrock company culture. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nate was my sales advisor, whom I contacted via the internet. He was prompt in answering my questions via email. The few times I've stopped in the dealership to have my 'old' Murano serviced, he popped over to say hi and remembered my name. Simone in service was very helpful as well. She too is friendly and remembered my name. I feel I got a fair price on my new Murano. The work done on my old Murano was prompt as I was giving it to a family member. More

First TIme I am gifting my 2006 Murano to my brother and wanted him to have a car that was reliable. Lifesaver Frank is amazing! I’m from NY and I accidentally flushed my keys down the toilet at Wawa. I would have been stuck in Pennsylvania for another day but Frank is amazing! I would have been stuck in Pennsylvania for another day but this fine gentleman got me new keys even when the service department was closed.
