2 months and still waiting for new transmission (the second transmission under warranty for the same van )… I’m down a van and service has no idea when the new transmission will come in. I had a transmission put in another van from a different dealership in a week. My van is the one sitting at the back of the lot —probably needs a new battery now too… More

My Experience before just for an inspection would take forever lately it has gotten better.and faster I even noticed the upgrade inside the waiting room area. I also saw that they not only just offer coff forever lately it has gotten better.and faster I even noticed the upgrade inside the waiting room area. Poor communication and impossible to reach service department. Left message with no call back. Ended up going in close to closing to check on vehicle only to be told it’s been completed and should’ve department. Left message with no call back. Ended up going in close to closing to check on vehicle only to be told it’s been completed and should’ve been told that. Service done on vehicle was great. On invoice it stated customer quoted work at approx $500 but was never told any of that and not sure what that means. Car was in for inspection, oil change, tire rotation and a few recalls. More
